Mermerings 

Colloboration with EADYTH

The Mermerings are an alt-folk, punk hiphop band consisting of Izzy (Vocals) and Molly McBreen (Guitar/Vocals) with occasional guest musicians.

The Mermerings have played Fire in the Mountain festival, The Eisteddfod, OneTribe Festival and in venues across both Wales and England.

Their first EP Echo Like Petals was released in 2019.

In 2020, following the cancellation of Run Amok’s tour of Microwave, Izzy teamed up with award-winning Welsh singer/songwriter/producer Eadyth Crawford to create the first ever Welsh language Neo Soul/Hip Hop EP Mas O Ma, which has gained wide critical success and won the 2020 SAS (Son Am Sin) award for Best EP. Mas O Ma was released in Oct 2020. 

 

Infinite Beauty, a single with bonus track Dyma Yw was released in Dec 2020. 

In December 2021, Eadyth and Izzy's newest single Cymru Ni was released across all streaming platforms and earned them Welsh music magazine Y Selar's Top Track for 2021. Izzy was nominated for Best Female Artist for the Larynx Entertainment Awards (the Welsh Hip Hop and Grime Awards) 2021.


Their most recent single 'Cymru Ni' was the selected track for the S4C and BBC coverage for the Six Nations Rugby in 2022
